COBE Business Ethics Workshops for Undergraduates
These workshops are designed specifically for undergraduate students to gain foundational knowledge in business ethics. Each 8-hour session will feature case studies and group activities that introduce participants to key ethical principles and decision-making frameworks. These hands-on workshops provide an excellent opportunity for students to explore ethical issues and develop practical skills in a collaborative setting.

The COBE Annual Business Ethics Competition invites participants from regional colleges and universities to showcase their innovative problem-solving skills. Teams will tackle complex ethical dilemmas and present their solutions to a panel of distinguished judges. This event highlights emerging talent and provides a platform for participants to demonstrate their expertise in business ethics.

The COBE Business Ethics Team will represent our program at the International Business Ethics Case Competition (IBECC), one of the most prestigious events in the field. Teams from around the world will compete, presenting their analyses and solutions to real-world ethical challenges. Wilkes is a proud education partner of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals. This designation means that we're a recognized leader in delivering sustainability-related educational opportunities to current and aspiring sustainability professionals. Students who complete our program will be prepared to sit for ISSP exams.

Sustainability is becoming commonplace in organizations large and small. Sustainability management is a company-wide philosophy and involves many different departments. This program is relevant for those in communications, engineering, finance, facilities, fleets, healthcare, human resources, legal, operations and real estate. Program Format
The program is held completely online. It consists of four 3-credit courses held in seven-week sessions that prepare students in sustainability standards and management practices. Students can complete the program in 16 months, while taking one course at a time.
Continuing Education Credit
The Certificate in Sustainability Management may also be taken for continuing education credit. Wilkes University is a provider of continuing education in Pennsylvania through the State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.
Participants who complete each course will receive a certificate for 135 PDH units, or Professional Development Hours.
